Seize Air Compressor is heading to ComVac ASIA 2026 in Shanghai, running from 3–6 November 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), and we will be on the floor in Hall N4, Booth D3 — four days of machines running under real load, live power readings on screen, and engineers ready to talk about your compressed air bill.

What’s on Show at Booth N4, D3
ComVac ASIA 2026 is the compressed air and vacuum leg of the Hannover Shanghai Industrial Fair, held alongside PTC ASIA 2026 and six other shows that together fill every hall at SNIEC. The 2025 edition brought in more than 350 exhibitors and over 140,000 trade visitors, and 2026 is expected to run at the same scale.
The Seize Air Compressor stand keeps things concrete: working compressors, an oil-free air test bench, our complete air treatment line, and a screen showing what each machine actually pulls from the grid while it runs.

Save the booth number — N4, D3 — and if you can, bring along the colleague who signs off on capital spend. The conversation goes faster that way.
One Question Runs Through the Whole Stand: What Does Your Compressed Air Really Cost?
Almost every plant manager knows the monthly electricity bill. Far fewer know how much of it is eaten by compressed air. In a typical manufacturing environment it is somewhere between 10% and 30%, and it is often the single biggest controllable cost on site.
That is the number our application engineers want to work through with you at ComVac ASIA 2026. Not a product pitch, but a line-by-line look at where an air system quietly loses money: unloaded running, air ends oversized for the real duty cycle, discharge pressure set higher than any process actually needs, leaks nobody has had time to chase, dryers cycling against a load that never changes.
The Machines You’ll See Running

- The Z-series permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor, where motor speed follows real air demand instead of loading and unloading all day long.
- A two-stage screw unit built for plants that run flat out, two or three shifts deep, where the power bill climbs faster than output.
- An oil-free machine for lines that cannot tolerate a single drop of oil carry-over.
- A magnetic levitation centrifugal set for high-flow, 24/7 duty.
Visitors tend to spend ten minutes on the first machine and half an hour on the last one. Both are wired to live metering, so nothing is theoretical.
Measured Savings, Not Brochure Numbers
It is easy to promise 30% savings. It is much harder to show your working. We publish ours: in our Seize Air vs Ingersoll Rand energy efficiency test, two machines were run on the same load profile, on the same day, with the same metering, and specific power was logged throughout rather than measured once and quoted forever.
Come to Booth D3 and we will walk you through the raw data, the test conditions and the metering method, so you can decide for yourself whether those numbers would hold inside your own plant. If they wouldn’t, we would rather tell you that at the stand than after the order.
Class 0 Oil-Free Air, Verified on the Spot
Food and beverage, pharmaceutical, medical and electronics production cannot take chances with oil carry-over, and “oil-free” on a datasheet is not the same thing as oil-free at the point of use. The oil-free water-lubricated screw air compressor on our stand is built to deliver ISO 8573-1 Class 0 air, and water replaces oil as the sealing and cooling medium — so there is no oil anywhere in the compression chamber to begin with.
Because oil carry-over is usually an invisible risk, we test for it in front of you rather than asking you to take it on trust. Bring a sample of your own product if you like, and we will run it through the same checks.
Cool, Dry, Clean: The Part Most Plants Forget
A large share of compressed air faults do not start in the compressor at all — they start downstream of it. The second half of our stand covers the full air treatment chain: the refrigerated air dryer in both water-cooled and air-cooled versions, adsorption dryers for low dew points, precision filters, receiver tanks and nitrogen generators. Everything is sized as one system against your actual flow and dew point requirement, rather than sold as a list of parts.
High-Flow Plants: Magnetic Levitation on Display
Once your air demand climbs past roughly 20 m³/min, the engineering conversation changes. The magnetic levitation centrifugal air compressor removes mechanical contact entirely: the rotor floats on magnetic bearings, there is no gearbox to lose energy in and no oil circuit to maintain. For plants running around the clock, that combination usually shows up as a noticeably lower maintenance cost and a quieter machine room.
At the booth you can hear it for yourself — the difference in noise next to a conventional unit is the sort of thing that never comes across in a spec sheet. The same magnetic levitation platform is also available as an industrial blower for wastewater and process air, which is worth a look if you run both.

Talk Engineering, Not Sales Pitches
The people standing on the Seize Air Compressor stand are application engineers and service technicians who spend the rest of the year working on compressors in the field. Bring your air demand profile, current kWh readings, working pressure band, shift pattern and any downtime history you have — that is usually enough for a first-pass estimate of what a change would be worth to you.
If you have half a spare hour, you will leave with more than a brochure, and possibly with a much better idea of where your next efficiency project should start.
If Shanghai Is on Your Calendar
ComVac ASIA 2026 runs from 3–6 November at SNIEC, and Seize Air Compressor will be in Hall N4, Booth D3 for all four days. There is nothing to sign up for and no appointment to book — if you are walking past that corner of the hall, just stop by and mention you read about us here. And if a trip to Shanghai is not on the cards this year, no problem at all: the team answers questions year-round at www.seize-air.com, and a short message is usually enough to get the conversation started.
